Dream Employers survey prize draw – Terms & Conditions

How to enter

To enter, simply complete the Dream Employers Survey between 09:00 Tuesday 7 June 2011 and 23:59 Monday 4 July 2011 and provide your name, email address and phone number (optional). Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into the draw once, and will have a chance of winning the major prizes (2 X $1,000 and 5 x $100 RedBalloon Gift Certificate).

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. To be eligible to enter, individuals must fully complete the Dream Employer Survey and provide a valid name, email address and phone number (optional).
  3. The promotional period commences 07/06/2011 and closes 4/07/2010 at 23:59 (AEDST). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
  4. Entry is only open to Australian (excluding ACT) and New Zealand residents who complete the Dream Employers Survey. NSW Permit Number LTPM/11/00085
  5. Employees of RedBalloon Pty Ltd and Insync Surveys Pty Ltd, the promoters (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  6. Only one entry into the competition per person will be allowed.  If there are multiple entries, only the first entry will be allowed.
  7. Winners will be drawn by 18/07/11. Winners will be notified within 2 weeks of the prize draw date by email or telephone. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoters are not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Only complete entries are valid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  9. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
  10. All entrants must have a valid email address to enter the promotion. The Promoters’ collect entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and fulfil prizing.   11. The Promoters reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoters be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
  12. RedBalloon Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and subject to RedBalloon’s Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Promoters’ accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings.  Independent financial advise should be sought.
  14. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion.
  15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
